We (me and Tabitha) are located in the lovely Wollongong, NSW Australia! South of Sydney, we work privately in our very comfortable home to bring your Jellycat accessory dreams to life!

We only charge the actual shipping price for our products. This generally means that domestic shipping is $10, UK shipping is $30 and everywhere else is $20!

Depending on the item, production time is anywhere between 2-10 days. For example, Jellycat clothes and small miscellaneous items take between 2-4 days whereas our bag collection usually takes 5-10 days (due to multimedia and the time it takes to make big items). Another factor is volume of orders. Nonetheless, we always make sure we are making and shipping things very quickly!
